We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and help keep our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receipts. Manage weekly payments (checks, ACH, and wires) and resolve vendor inquiries. Reconcile AP accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to resolve discrepancies. Support month-end close and audits with AP reports and documentation. What We’re Looking For 2 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience (manufacturing preferred). Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
